In order to become Certified, companies must survey their employees using our flagship assessment, the Trust Index © and complete a Culture Brief™.
3. How will the 2024 Singapore Best Workplaces™ in Technology List be selected?
To determine the Best Workplaces™ in Technology List, Great Place to Work® analyzes anonymous survey feedback from employees working in the tech industry in Singapore. Companies who made it to the Best Workplaces™ Technology list will automatically qualify for our 2024 Singapore Best Workplaces™ list and vice versa.
Employees respond to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a Great Place to Work For All™. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organisation, no matter who they are or what they do. Great Place to Work analyses these experiences relative to each organisation’s size, workforce make up, and what is typical relative to their peers in the industry.
The remaining 15 percent of the rank is based on an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced.
To be considered, companies have to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard.
To ensure survey results truly represent all employees, Great Place to Work requires that Trust Index© survey results are accurate to a 95% confidence level with a 5% margin of error or better. We review any anomalies in survey responses, news and financial performance to ensure there aren’t any extraordinary reasons to believe we couldn’t trust a company’s survey results. Companies with 10 to 99 people will be considered for the small and medium category; companies with 100 employees or more will be considered for the large category.
4. What happens if I do not make it on the list?
First, rest assured, we keep results completely confidential. We do not disclose the names of companies who participated in the process but do not get recognized.
You gain the benefits of employee feedback and can use our helpful reports and analytics to gain actionable insights about your business.
