Our study honors the very best organizations that are effective in building high-performing cultures where employees trust their leaders, are proud of what they do, and enjoy the people they work with. Not one organization’s culture is like another’s, and we hope this year’s Best provide you with inspiration to find your own way to build trust and engagement with your employees.

About the Singapore Best Workplaces™ Study
Listed organizations are curated and ranked, within their respective categories, by Great Place to Work® on the primary basis of confidential input from employees of that organization in the Singapore office. Two-thirds of every organization’s score is based on the outcomes of the Trust Index© Survey taken by employees, and one-third of the scorecard is informed by Great Place to Work®’s independent audit of the organization’s philosophy on leadership and people practices in the organization. All curated organisations for this study have a clear majority of their employees who consider their organizations to be great workplaces.
