Company Overview

About Engine Biosciences

Engine Bio is a venture-backed preclinical-stage biotech company that discovers and develops new precision medicines through our NetMAPPR platform that deciphers complex biology for drug targets and genetic biomarkers. By interrogating gene networks broadly and deeply, our approach has the potential to unleash new therapeutics for unmet needs, as well as to enhance R&D productivity and economics. We integrate high-throughput biological experimentation, machine learning, and chemistry in-house with our teams based across Singapore and SF Bay Area. We have a rich pipeline in cancer and neurodegeneration, developing new medicines internally as well as in collaborations.
