Our employees are the heart of our Great Place to Work environment. Just as we first listen to understand our customers’ needs and then provide customised solutions, we take the same approach when addressing the needs of employees. Through an iterative listening and co-creating process with employees, we have evolved our culture to embrace flexibility and celebrate the rich diversity of thought and ideas. This presents abundant opportunities for employees to gain experience across different markets to make an impact on the local, regional and global stage, and helps us actively develop the next generation of Ag talents.
