I am very grateful to have the opportunity to join STT GDC. Our colleagues are extremely helpful and kind to one another, even across departments. The leaders go the extra mile for employees and take great care of their employees. We have programs such as self-led learning portal, orientation day for new joiners, and teams are also encouraged for yearly team bonding activities to connect and strengthen their relationships. I am happy to be part of STT GDC with positive culture that elevates work from a mere job to a fulfilling and enjoyable one.
