I’ve always viewed Schaeffler as an employer, that places great emphasis on people development, learning and growth. Putting employees at the heart of their strategy, the organization fosters talent with trainings, mentorship as well as the necessary systems and tools. The supportive and constructive culture, that enabled me to develop my skills and knowledge, are what distinguishes Schaeffler as a great place to work.
The friendly atmosphere and the support from my colleagues have made my work experience more enjoyable. As an intern, I was impressed by the team's willingness to help me learn and grow. This convinced to join Schaeffler as a full-time employee. I continue to receive support and opportunities to develop my skills. The open communication channels have also contributed to the friendly atmosphere, allowing everyone to express their thoughts and ideas. All of these factors combined have made me proud to be part of Schaeffler, and I look forward to contributing my best to our continued success.
As the mobility ecosystem transforms, Schaeffler powers this transformational change by constantly redefining itself. Change and renewal are carried out intentionally based on a strong set of company fundamentals, anchored on its main tenet of Trust, Transparency and Teamwork. I am glad to be a part of this always-progressing organization that focuses on innovation and technology, whilst recognizing and building on its main asset – people.
