Schaeffler Manufacturing (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (SMT) was set up in June 2011 with a plant for localization of the company’s global product range in Rayong. In 2014, the company made new investment for a Greenfield facility in Chon Buri to expand its local product portfolio and offerings. Located at the Hemaraj Chon Buri Industrial Estate II, the Thailand plant is a regional manufacturing hub for automotive products including clutch discs and clutch pressure plates, mechanical and hydraulic belt tensioners, synchronizer rings and clutch release systems.
In addition, Schaeffler offer entire portfolio of its products and system solutions manufactured globally to automotive, aftermarket and industrial sectors via our sales offices and distribution partners.
