I feel privileged to work at Ericsson and to be at the forefront in telecom networks evolution 3G -> 4G -> 5G over past 12 years. Customer is at the center of everything we do and my own unit’s focus on “First Time Right” and “Zero Incident” in service delivery act as a superb source of motivation for me and my team. My team comprises of people from diverse cultures and that’s quite an enriching experience and helps me in becoming a better person at work and beyond.
We as ONE TEAM are on sort of a mission to delight our customers through excellent service and in my view, nothing can be more rewarding than that. This mission requires continuous learning of new technologies and new ways of working which Ericsson offers in plenty via structured trainings and collaboration with other Ericsson units in other countries.
Last but not the least, I personally like the elegant design of meeting rooms, common areas, lighting, sitting areas in our Ericsson offices a lot and feel like spending more time in office. Office decoration as per seasonal themes like Lunar New Year, Singapore National Day Parade, Diwali, and others are very special and uplift the spirit.
