Its materials engineering solutions are used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. It is headquartered in California’s Silicon Valley, and has more than 33,000 employees in 24 countries.

Singapore serves as the regional headquarters of Applied Materials in Southeast Asia. Its presence in Singapore was established in 1991 and has grown from a sales and service office to a strategic hub for the company. Its teams support diverse functions across manufacturing, R&D and corporate functions, and lead Applied’s customer support services in Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore.
