On the AbbVie Week of Possibilities: "While we can accomplish so little on our own, we can accomplish so much together. I am grateful for the volunteering experience, which was made even more meaningful by my colleagues.”

“We’ve come a long way in terms of our view of diversity and inclusivity. This is something that is going to set us apart. We are on a journey as an organization and I really believe very strongly that it is not a fad that we are going through. Some companies sort of jump on the bandwagon and move away from it. I think it is something that is really ingrained in our organization. That is a differentiator for us. It is also something that is a strength. A huge strength because the more that we are able to include many different diverse views, diverse approaches, and to have people of different abilities in our organization, that brings creativity, dedication and innovation to what we do.”
Clare Cutler, General Manager, Asia Region, Allergan Aesthetics, AbbVie
“One thing that I am very happy about is that the work we do has really improved the lives of patients across JPAC.”
Sophia Ke, Allergan Aesthetics (AbbVie) commenting at the We are One AbbVie (integration event) on 4 May 2023
“The way we work with each other is a hallmark of our vibrant culture at AbbVie. As colleagues, we have always enjoyed face to face interaction to share, ideate and collaborate. This is how we harness our energy at the workplace and develop deeper collegial connections to create better outcomes for our patients and customers."
Peggy Wu, Regional VP, Asia, AbbVie

ABOUT OUR METHODOLOGY
The Best Workplaces in Asia List
Great Place to Work® identifies the top organizations that create great workplaces in the Asian and Middle Eastern regions with the publication of the annual Best Workplaces in Asia list. The list recognizes companies in three size categories:
To be considered for inclusion, companies must appear on one or more of our national lists in the region, which includes Greater China (covering China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau), India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka and UAE. For the 2021 Asia List, companies ranked on the national list in the Philippines will also be included. Multinational organizations must meet the following requirements:
Multinationals also receive additional credit for their efforts to successfully create an excellent workplace culture in multiple countries in the region. The data used in the calculation of the regional list comes from national lists published in 2019 and early 2020.
