Peck Kem is the Chief HR Officer and Advisor (Workforce Development) for Singapore’s Public Service Division. She is responsible in enhancing HR capabilities across the public sector. Her prior role was Senior Director for Human Resource & Organisation Development at GAIN, managing HR and corporate administration globally.

Her career spans quality engineering, manufacturing management, and VP of HR in the private sector with Tandon, Western Digital, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Avago Technologies. In the public sector, she was a Divisional Director at the Ministry of Manpower. Her diverse background offers a unique leadership perspective across Asian, European, and American cultures.

Peck Kem is the first Asian CIPD Chartered Companion and was listed as one of the 100 Most HR influencers from Southeast Asia. She was also named as one of Asia’s Top 50 HR Leaders in 2024 by SpeakIn Asia.

In addition, she currently serves as President of Singapore Human Resources Institute and President of the World Federation of People Management Associations.

Dr. Kevyn Yong is Chief Executive Officer at the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI). Prior to HCLI, Kevyn held senior leadership and faculty positions at the Singapore Institute of Management, ESSEC Business School, and HEC Paris.

His expertise includes creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership, with a focus on design thinking, agility, systems thinking, human capital, and strategy.

He has designed, developed, and delivered customised leadership and innovation programmes for many corporate, government, and non-profit enterprises, including Amazon and ATOS in France; eBay and Nike in China; The Hitachi Group and Keio University in Japan; and Danone, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Singtel, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and the United Overseas Bank in Singapore.

Kevyn received his Ph.D. in Management and Organisations from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He also holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the National University of Singapore and a Masters degree in Mind, Brain, and Education from Harvard University.

Mr Aslam Sardar is the Chief Executive Officer at Institute for Human Resource Professionals. He has over 20 years of corporate, start-up and NGO experience, leading and managing teams to drive change and transformation. He has worked in various roles such as business development, process improvement, and commercial performance monitoring and reporting in the IT, supply chain and adult education sectors.

Aslam co-chairs a sub-group of the Tripartite Workgroup on Tripartite Guidelines for Flexible Work Arrangements. He is a member of the Human Capital Action Committee (HCAC) in Singapore Business Federation (SBF). Additionally, Aslam is also a member of the Management & Organization Department (MNO) Advisory Panel for NUS Business School. He sits on the Board of Tasek Academy and Social Services and is an active community volunteer.

Aslam was presented the Public Service Medal during National Day in 2016.

Evelyn (or Eve as she is affectionately known) serves as the Managing Director of Great Place To Work ASEAN and ANZ. In this role, she partners with leaders across organizations to build great workplace cultures, one team at a time.

With nearly three decades of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Evelyn has become a respected voice delivering keynote addresses, moderating panel discussions and engaging with media across South-East Asia on important topics like workplace culture, leadership, employee engagement, workplace flexibility and building of great workplaces.

Since starting up the Singapore office in 2014, Evelyn is now focused in leading the expansion of Great Place To Work® offices in ASEAN. She is optimistic about this mission and is convinced that just as the region is growing exponentially on the economic front, the work of building great workplaces FOR ALL™ must go in tandem with economic growth.

With a degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources, she was later awarded a scholarship by the Singapore government to pursue her Masters in Business Administration with the Singapore Management University.

Eve’s professional narrative is characterized by a quiet confidence and a drive to create meaningful change in the workplaces she touches, reflecting a belief in the power of good to great in the everyday.
