This year, we will explore what the future of work is for all, as we bring together leaders, managers and executives from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies across ASEAN to share, learn and celebrate.
By joining GREATER as our exclusive community, you can look forward to on-site learning experiences, dedicated topical breakout sessions, an enriching panel discussion and impactful networking with fellow industry professionals, company leaders and employees that seek a Greater platform for learning.
Join us this November 16-17, 2022 in Singapore for ASEAN GREATER Summit which comprises the Workplace Immersion Experience (Nov 16), the GREATER Learning Conference (Nov 17) and the Celebration of Great Workplaces Awards Ceremony (Nov 17 evening). Click here for the Agenda on both days.
In the past two years, organizations, leaders and employees have braved through the pandemic, making choices and changes to adapt and pivot. Many are asking “What’s next”, “How do we continue to build resilience in the workplace in the next normal, and how do we thrive and flourish despite the unknowns along the way?”
We asked a crucial question: what is a great workplace? To us, it is one where you Trust the people that you work with, have a sense of Purpose in the work that you do and a great workplace Culture. In Singapore and the ASEAN region, our community of Certified companies have collectively started building great workplaces For All™, with Trust, Purpose, and Culture. How can we anchor and enable organizations to navigate the future and to continue creating great places to work for all? We invite you to join us to connect, innovate and participate in creating new opportunities that will shape this future.

Extra points are given based on the number of countries where a company surveys employees with the Great Place to Work Trust Index©, and the percentage of a company’s workforce represented by all Great Place to Work surveys globally. Candidates for the 2017 Worlds Best Workplaces list will have appeared on national workplaces lists published in September 2016 through August 2017.
ABOUT OUR METHODOLOGY
The Best Workplaces in Asia List
Great Place to Work® identifies the top organizations that create great workplaces in the Asian and Middle Eastern regions with the publication of the annual Best Workplaces in Asia list. The list recognizes companies in three size categories:
To be considered for inclusion, companies must appear on one or more of our national lists in the region, which includes Greater China (covering China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau), India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka and UAE. For the 2021 Asia List, companies ranked on the national list in the Philippines will also be included. Multinational organizations must meet the following requirements:
Multinationals also receive additional credit for their efforts to successfully create an excellent workplace culture in multiple countries in the region. The data used in the calculation of the regional list comes from national lists published in 2019 and early 2020.
